    Toyota of La Crosse, the Coulee Region’s #1 volume new car dealership, is looking for a part-time Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant is responsible for effectively merchandising new and used vehicles for display, servicing, and reconditioning.  The Lot Attendant works directly with the Sales Managers to maintain high marketability levels of both new and used vehicles.

    • Ensures all vehicles are lined-up, mirror hangers, disclosure, information labels, license plates and frames and Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) and Scion Certified Used Vehicle (SCUV) labels are all properly displayed.
    • Installs mirror hangers in vehicles.
    • Parks vehicles on lot in correct area when all recondition is complete.
    • Keeps front rows filled at all times/front pad/showroom.
    • Reports any problems with inventory (flat tires, dead battery, body damage, etc.) and rectifies if able.
    • Refreshes dirty vehicles (washes, vacuums, fills gas tank, etc.)
    • Picks up any debris/garbage on the lot.
    • Coordinates and merchandises all wholesale and retail operations with the Sales Manager.
    • Rotates vehicles every three days on front display points.
    • Keeps vehicles fueled.
    • Cleans lot, sidewalks and walkways, removing snow, weeds and debris as necessary.
    • Drives vehicles to and from off premise events and vendors as needed.
    • Assists with Dealer Trade driving and check-in when needed.
    • Performs building maintenance and clean up duties as needed (light bulbs, spider webs, bathrooms, accident clean ups, etc.).
    • Assists with snow removal as needed based on direction from management.
    • Assists with bug hatch removal from cars based on direction from management.
    • Takes vehicle photos and uploads multiple photos of all used and new vehicles to VAuto system.

    • Performs other duties and projects as requested by management.


    • Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
    • Must have a strong work ethic.
    • Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.  
    • Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
