The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business for the dealership by answering incoming sales calls, e-mail inquiries and live chat messages and executing marketing campaigns.
Ballweg started out in 1965 as a single Chevrolet dealership in Sauk City, WI and today, has grown to five dealerships across multiple cities throughout the state of Missouri, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Ballweg is committed to its communities and customers offering the best in class team members, state-of-the-art facilities and diversification of product lines to provide the best service possible.
The business development team is required to cover all hours the sales department is open at the dealership. The Business Development Representative will generally be expected to work 40 hours per week. This is subject to change at any time per management’s discretion.
Compensation and Benefits
This position is classified as hourly, non-exempt; therefore, you will be paid an overtime premium if you work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
