We are recruiting for one Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position will travel and support additional locations in Wisconsin, Missouri and Minnesota.
Office Location: 1600 Aspen Commons Middleton, WI (Greenway Station)
Under minimal supervision, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all aspects of HR-related functions including, employee relations, performance management, FMLA and Employee Leaves of Absence, benefits compliance and auditing HR compliance.
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, located in Middleton, the Human Resources Generalist carries out routine and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge in human resources and of the organization in order to interpret and apply policies, as well as develop recommendations for change.
We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 1 years of Human Resources Generalist experience and a bachelor's degree. PHR Certification preferred. The ideal candidate will also be dependable and outgoing.
